hungary

i met up with friends nikita and russell in berlin, where we rented a car and drove to hungary for Solipse. i was going to view the 11 aug eclipse in munich, but nikita invited me to come to Solipse, so i said what the hey. this later resulted in quite the epic journey home, driving overnight from budapest to berlin, then an overnight train from berlin back to stockholm to get my flight home. and to top it all off, i then had a 7 hr flight delay in helsinki. all before my transatlantic and transcontinental flights back to sf. (i was flying finnair and had made my reservations before i knew how far south i'd be going!) but it was all worth it in the end!
